According to the law, trailers capable to carry а load between 750kg and 2000kg need to have brakes installed, while the trailer with over 2000kg must have brakes on all axles. The strongest part of the towing vehicle is the place where everything is attached to the chassis. So make sure to buy a strong and robust trailer. To give your trailer the biggest support, the spring hangers have to be at least 6mm. Trailer tires usually have the same size as the towing vehicle tires.
